Most of the machines we supply are made by SIEG in China. We at Arc Euro Trade work closely with the factory and through our good relationship are able to suggest improvements to make life a little easier for you.
Machine Prices
We have now adopted a two tier pricing structure for our machines: our normal Fully Prepared price and a Factory Assembled price. In this way we now cater for the more experienced engineers who have the ability to prepare the machine themselves.
Fully Prepared Machines
These machines are stripped, de-greased, re-assembled, lubricated, adjusted and tested by our own skilled engineers. Only once a machine is fully prepared will it be passed for collection or delivery. This means you can start using the machine straight away, confident in the knowledge that the machine is fully operational. You are also welcome to visit our workshop to see your own machine being prepared.
Who else can offer you this level of service?
Factory Assembled
All our Factory Assembled machines require some form of preparation before use. This can range from simply removing the transport grease to a full strip & re-assembly depending on the machine. To help you decide whether to buy a Factory Assembled machine and do the preparation yourself, or take advantage of the ARC Preparation Service, we have assigned a skill rating of 1 - 5 spanners to each machine to help you make that decision.
Skill Rating 
This is our general assessment of the level of engineering skill required to prepare a machine to a good standard. As a rough guide, 1 Spanner means the machine could be prepared by most novices with some degree of common sense and a few basic tools. At the other end of the scale, preparation of a 5 Spanner machine should only be undertaken by skilled engineers who know what they are doing! In some cases, there are Preparation Guides available free on our website and it is planned to add more guides when time permits.
Carriage
Carriage charges stated are applicable for most UK mainland destinations. Carriage to Scotland, Northern Ireland and some postcodes may be higher.
Overseas carriage charges should be calculated correctly if you have registered your full address and are logged-in.
Limited Warranty
We operate a one year Return to Base non-transferable warranty on all machines. This means all carriage costs for return and re-delivery of machines or components are to be borne by the customer. Site visits can be arranged at the customer’s expense. Faulty components will be repaired or replaced free of charge during the warranty period. This excludes damaged components or machines resulting from inadequate preparation (in the case of Factory Assembled machines), modification, abuse, or mishandling. This can only be ascertained upon return of the component or machine.
Overseas Customers
Please note that for warranty reasons we are unable to accept orders for some machines that are to be shipped outside the UK
