Micro Drill Adaptor - JT0 - 1/2" Shank

Micro-Drill-Adaptor

NEW

The Micro Drill Adaptor is like a miniature quill and is designed for drilling small holes using a lathe, mill or pillar drill.

How it Works
The shank has an internal, spring return, sliding spindle keyed to it with a JT0 taper to which a small drill chuck is fitted.

A knurled ring is mounted to the spindle via a bearing and is used to manually feed the spindle even when the adaptor is rotating at high speed.
  • Sensitive fingertip control.
  • Helps prevent drill breakage.
  • Accurate drilling of small holes with large machines.
  • 1/2" straight shank.
  • JT0 chuck taper. (Suits our 0.4-4mm key-type drill chuck 040-010-00100)

4" Rotary Table with Stepper Motor

This is our standard 4in Rotary Table fitted with one of our 180Ncm Hybrid Stepper Motors.

  • The motor is wired with a robust 4 way XLR plug, ready to connect straight into a DivisionMaster Indexing Controller.
  • It may also be connected directly to a bipolar stepper drive and used as a fouth axis on your CNC system.
    (We also sell a compatible XLR chassis socket)
  • The worm is fitted with Needle Roller Thrust Bearings to minimize backlash and may be adjusted for wear in the future.
  • Complete with Chuck Backplate for 80mm 3 jaw or 4 jaw chuck. May be used horizontally or vertically.
