A heavy duty, low viscosity neat Cutting & Tapping Fluid which offers outstanding wetting and flushing properties to promote extended tool life and excellent surface finish as offered by leading hand-applied Tapping Liquids.

The product's CHLORINE FREE formulation allows the fluid to be used on all types of Steel, as well as Aluminium, Copper and Bronze alloys without the usual problems of staining and stickiness associated with Tapping Liquids, PLUS the extra benefit of satisfying the latest environmental and health and safety needs.

PRODUCT BENEFITS:

A multi-purpose, long life water soluble fluid formulated for high performance on all metals and alloys in a variety of cutting operations. The semi-synthetic CHLORINE FREE formulation combined with ultra low foam and extra biocide additive packages produce extended sump life and counteract the strong "going off" odours usually associated with such products and promote cleanliness of the work place.

HLP 32 For Machine Lubrication:
Rock Oil HLP 32 is suitable for a wide range of machine lubrication applications and is what we recommend for general purpose lubrication of small SIEG machines. It has excellent anti-wear properties similar to Esso NUTO H32, which is well known to be used for this purpose.
Other applications include lubrication of high speed gears and bearings, pumps, blowers.

Formulated from solvent-refined base oils and incorporating additive treatments to provide excellent service life with protection against corrosion, wear, oxidation and foaming.

HLP 32 For Hydraulic Systems:
A light viscosity oil suitable for hydraulic systems where high levels of anti-wear and protection are required in conjunction with good service life reliability.

Designed to meet the performance of other market leading hydraulic oils by conforming to International Classification ISO TYPE HM and DIN 51524 Part 2, and meeting pump performance requirements of VICKERS, CINCINATTI MILACRON, LEE NORSE, AFNOR, US STEEL.
