Prices:
All prices include VAT. Every effort is made to advertise correct prices, but they are subject to change without notice.

Delivery:
We aim to dispatch within two working days, subject to stock availability.

Delivery Charges - UK:
The following charges represent part costs towards processing, packaging and postage/carriage to most UK mainland destinations*:
Order values up to £10.00: £2.30 incl VAT
Order values above £10.00 up to £25.00: £3.95 incl VAT
Order values above £25.00 up to £60.00: £4.85 incl VAT
Order values above £60.00: Free, except where otherwise stated (e.g. heavy items)
(* Extra charges may apply to Scottish Highlands for parcels over 20kg)
(* Extra charges may apply to Isle of Wight for parcels over 15kg)

Delivery Charges - UK - Non Mainland:
Including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Isles and Scottish Islands etc.)
Orders up to 1.1kg net will be shipped by Royal Mail Post where possible using the above UK rates. Where possible, the delivery charge for orders above 1.1kg will be calculated automatically by the website.

Delivery Charges - Overseas:
Where possible, the delivery charge for orders will be calculated automatically by the website.

Delivery Policy - Overseas:
We will only accept orders where the registered Card Address is entered for both the Billing address and Delivery address. We will not ship to a different delivery address.

Delivery: POA. (Price on Application)
If the website is unable to determine the correct shipping charge e.g. shipping heavy items overseas, the shopping basket will display Delivery: POA in place of the delivery price. In this case we will email you with a quote for the shipping cost and wait for your confirmation. Since total price with shipping will be greater than the amount authorised when you place the order, we will cancel that card transaction and ask you to let us have your card details by phone or fax so we can process the full amount manually.

Payment:
For UK customers, we accept Visa (including UK Delta/Debit and UK Electron), MasterCard, Maestro (Domestic) and Pay Pal.
For overseas customers, we accept Visa and MasterCard Credit cards and Pay Pal only (NO Debit cards).
Card transactions will not be accepted without the correct card security code.
