Suggestion for a Stepper Motor Controller

If you are looking for a power supply for our Hybrid Stepper motors and controllers and can't find one ready built, then here is a suggestion. There are various transformer options depending on the usage and load. Please note that we do not supply any of the components. The components used are detailed below along with links to the various suppliers' websites.
We recommend that only hobbyists with sufficient mains voltage electronics knowledge and experience consider undertaking this project. Disclaimer

A suitable bridge rectifier would be 200V at 25A.

Smoothing Capacitors:
The smoothing capacitor(s) need to be approx 10,000µF or higher
and the voltage rating = (transformer output volts x S2) +10,
So, using a 25v transformer (25x1.414)+10 = 45.35v Min.
