HOW TO USE

  • Use a right-handed straight grinder or drill.
  • Ensure that the bolt face mill is perpendicular to the broken bolt.
  • Operation 1: Grind the broken bolt flat with the P100 end cutting carbide burr.
  • Operation 2: Grind a countersink location into the flattened bolt end using the P101 150° countersink carbide burr.
  • Operation 3: Drill a hole in the bolt for the screw extractor using the A117 cobalt stub drill.
  • Operation 4: Remove the broken bolt with the screw extractor X106X
