The assembly includes:

  • Black powder coated aluminium Handwheel
  • Plastic handle sleeve
  • Handle Bolt and locking nut
  • Re-settable micrometer dial
  • Dial friction spring

Specification:

  • Handwheel Diameter: 100mm.
  • Dial Diameter: 46mm
  • Handwheel Width: 40mm.
  • Handle Length: 40mm
  • Bore: 12mm
  • Keyway: 4mm

Micrometer Divisions:

  • 100 x 0.01mm Division example:
    If 1 div = 0.01mm, 0.01mm x 100 divisions = 1.0mm pitch.
    Therefore a 1mm pitch screw would need to be used.
  • 100 x 0.02mm Division example:
    If 1 div = 0.02mm, 0.02mm x 100 divisions = 2.0mm pitch.
    Therefore a 2mm pitch screw would need to be used.
